Refund train ticket Ukraine
From December 15, 2018 until January 15, 2019 tickets are not refundable and have no exchange value.
Terms and conditions are available during the booking process and we recommend you check these whilst booking your ticket to ensure you are buying a ticket which meets your requirements. You'll find the terms and conditions for your ticket in your confirmation email.

Requesting a refund is the same as cancelling your train ticket and is the best option if you no longer wish to travel.

. The refund policy applies as soon as payment is made. Most tickets purchased online can be canceled and refunded online.
How do I apply for a refund?
If you would like to apply for a refund of your ticket please complete the form
, giving your booking reference number, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund. Please note that eligible refunds take up to 7 days to be processed. You will be required to pay an administration fee
for the refund of your booking. The refund amount will normally take into account any use you have made of the ticket and in some circumstances, no refund will be paid.
Please note that we only process refunds for tickets bought from ukrainevoyage.com. Customers should not apply for refunds of tickets bought from the ukrainevoyage.com website at stations.
We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your refund application
, and also to confirm whether your refund application has been approved. If your refund is approved, we will process your payment back onto the card used to make the purchase (minus our administration fee
if applicable). Once we have processed the repayment onto the payment card used at the time of booking, it can take few days for a credit to appear on your statement.
All refunds will be calculated in hryvnias. Refunds may vary according to exchange rate fluctuation. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid. ukrainevoyage.com will not refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations, or offer compensation for any bank or other charges incurred.

Time Limits for refund
If canceled 3 or more days before the scheduled departure from the origin, tickets are refundable less the admin fee.
If canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled departure from the origin, tickets are not refundable and have no exchange value.
An ticket becomes non-refundable and has no exchange value, after 28 days from the date payment was made for that ticket.
All cancellation need to be notified to us at least 3 days prior to departure from the origin and within 28 days of payment. Refunds for unused e-tickets are credited to the bank card used to make the payment for the e-ticket in the period established by the rules governing the relevant payment systems.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that tickets are returned within these time limits.
Additional restrictions may apply to certain delivery methods and if applicable these will be notified during the booking process.
All refunds are subject to a flat administration fee per ticket cancelled. Where applicable, administration fee is 90 hryvnias on each returned ticket. The admin fee will be charged per ticket. Keep in mind that if you buy two tickets and need to cancel them both, the administration fee will be for each ticket 90 hryvnias (180 hryvnias in total).
Please note that where a refund is made, it shall be for the ticket price only, and any associated booking fees (payable on top of the ticket price, identified during the booking process) are non-refundable. The current fees are shown in the terms and conditions available in the booking process.
Refund for delayed train, cancelled train or other disruptions to train services
ukrainevoyage.com is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to train services. ukrainevoyage.com cannot offer compensation or cover any extra costs incurred as a result of a rail company re-scheduling trains.
We have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our control, and we have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that information on our Booking Service is correct. However, despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that all of the information on our Booking Service (including times and fares) is correct. Where we become aware of an error, we will take reasonable measures to rectify it. If you have purchased tickets which are subject to an error, we will refund these in full.
Please check your tickets when you receive them. If you believe that the tickets we have sent you do not meet the information you provided at the time of booking through our Booking Service, please contact us. You must ensure that you are in possession of the tickets booked before you board the train.
